Switching from Strong
Strong's 3-routine limit, and a log without one
Strong's free plan keeps 3 routines. A fourth needs Strong PRO. Dren keeps every routine you save on the free plan, with no feed and no signal needed.
What the limit is
On the free plan, Strong keeps 3 routines. Logging stays unlimited. Strong PRO removes the limit and adds every chart, body measurements, and the plate and warm-up calculator.
- Strong PRO: 4.99 USD a month, 19.99 for 6 months, 29.99 a year, or 99.99 once.
- A push, pull, legs split already needs 3 routines. Add an upper and lower week and you are over.
What Dren does
Save as many routines as you want and group them in folders. That stays true on the free plan, also after Dren Plus launches.
- Unlimited routines and folders, on the free plan.
- Each set is saved on the phone the moment you check it. Nothing waits for the server.
- No follow feed, likes, or comments.
- 352 exercises with posters, steps, and video in the app.
Moving over
Today you rebuild your routines in Dren from templates, or from one of the twenty guides on this site. Importing your Strong history from its CSV export is planned for early 2027, on the free plan.
What Dren does not have yet
No Apple Watch app, no Live Activity, no plate calculator, and no body measurements beyond weight. If one of those is the reason you use Strong, stay with Strong for now.
Competitor prices and limits are from their own sites on 5 November 2026.
