Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms cover Dren, the gym log app, Dren Coach for trainers, and the site at getdren.com. Together they are the Service.
Creating an account or using the Service means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The account
There is no password. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email, or with Apple or Google. Use an email address only you can open. You are responsible for what happens in the account. If you think someone else is in it, log out from Settings and write to support@getdren.com.
Do not use another person's name, a trademark that is not yours, or a name that is offensive.
Your workouts
You own the workouts, notes, measurements, and photos you enter. You let us store them, sync them to your account, and show them back to you. That permission exists so the Service can work. It does not move ownership to us.
You confirm that what you upload is yours, or that you have the right to store it here, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Your health
Dren is a log for training you choose to do. It is not medical advice, and it does not tell you that a weight is safe for you. Training can cause injury. You take that risk yourself. If you have a medical condition, talk to a doctor before you train.
Free and paid plans
The free plan has no routine limit and no ads. Dren Plus is a paid plan planned for early 2027. Until it launches, every account has everything at no cost.
When Dren Plus launches, you buy it in the App Store or on Google Play. The store charges you, renews a subscription until you cancel it in the store, and handles refunds under its own rules. A lifetime purchase is paid once. A free trial turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel it before then.
Every account created before Dren Plus launches is a founding member. What that account had before launch, including warm-up sets and charts for the whole history, stays free.
Dren Coach for trainers is billed separately, by invoice or by card, at the price agreed when the trainer starts the plan. A client connected to a paying trainer gets Dren Plus included while the connection lasts.
The app
The app, this site, and the exercise catalog and videos we supply belong to the operator of Dren. You may not copy them into another product. Your workouts stay yours, as the section above says.
Strong and Hevy are trademarks of their owners. They are named on this site only to compare products.
Other sites
The site links to the App Store and Google Play. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for their terms, prices, or content. Read those before you buy.
Stopping
You can delete the account in the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. The account stays deleted for 45 days. If you log in during those 45 days, the account becomes active again. After 45 days the account and the data stored with it are removed. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel that in the App Store or on Google Play.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Availability
The Service is provided as it is. A set is saved on your phone first, then synced when the phone is online. We do not promise that the server will answer at every moment, that every number will be free of error, or that the Service will meet a particular goal.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or injury from training you decided to do. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the Service and delete the account.
If a court holds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
Contact
Questions about these terms or the account go to support@getdren.com. Everything else goes to hello@getdren.com.
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
