What the limits are
Hevy logs unlimited workouts for free. Past 4 routines, 7 custom exercises, or 3 months of charts, it asks for Hevy Pro.

What Dren does
Routines and folders have no limit on the free plan, also after Dren Plus launches.
- Unlimited routines and folders, on the free plan.
- Each set is saved on the phone the moment you check it.
- No follow feed. Nothing you log is public.
- 352 exercises with posters, steps, and video in the app.
Custom exercises and charts
Dren has no custom exercise builder yet. The 352-exercise catalog covers the usual barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, and bodyweight movements. When Dren Plus launches, free charts cover the last 3 months, the same as Hevy. The history list itself stays complete.
Moving over
Today you rebuild your routines in Dren from templates, or from one of the twenty guides on this site. Importing your Hevy history from its CSV export is planned for early 2027, on the free plan.
