Switching from Hevy
A gym log without a social feed
Hevy is built around a feed: follow people, like and comment, and new workouts are public by default. Dren has no feed at all. The log is yours.
What private means here
There is no profile to follow, no feed to post to, no likes, and no comments. Records are yours. There is no public leaderboard.
- No follow feed, likes, or comments.
- No ad SDK. Workout data is not sold.
- Delete the account from Settings. It stays deleted for 45 days, and a login in that window restores it.
Sharing, when you want it
You can send one routine to someone by email or by a link on this site. Their installed app imports that one routine. The link is a routine, not a profile.
What you give up
Hevy has a watch app, a web app, and many languages. Dren has none of those yet. If you want the feed, Hevy is the better fit.
Competitor prices and limits are from their own sites on 5 November 2026.
